Trauma might've said something more helpful, or sarcastic, if the moment the makeshift had been pulled away, he hadn't suddenly realized how fucked up he was and had his stomach drop through the floor again. This was not on his list of smartest choices, but what was he going to do? If he went to one of the hospitals there would've been people, and he already had been on the edge, lack of greying or not. That and he wasn't willing to let anyone else at him right now, if he was perfectly honest. He probably would've prayed for Gabriel all else failed if he started feeling incredibly horrible.
