It kept telling him, in his head, to not lose his temper, but he wanted to snort, and tell himself that was stupid, because HE always lost his temper. And then his own little voice broke out in a growl, under his hands! Fuck! Talking to ghosts or talking to himself, he couldn't tell which was worse.]
[He said nothing out loud, and just gave up, trying to get his head back into control. Trying to get back into sanity and calm and not wanting to yell or feel like a child again because seriously, this was bullshit. The frustration was killing him]
